The Sheraton All Suite Hotel at Cumberland Mall was the first All Suite Hotel for the Sheraton chain. I had managed the construction (in two weeks) of the proto type model suite for the Sheraton World Convention held in Honolulu. I was assigned as Project Manager to this project from start to finish on a design/build basis. The entire project was completed in just under 12 months.

It is now renamed the Sheraton Suites Galleria, as it is located across the street from the Cobb Galleria complex. The Hotel has 225, two room suites with all the amenities of a full service Hotel.

The Hotel has it's own multi level parking garage. In order to complete this Hotel in record time (while staying below the budget), we poured a post tensioned concrete floor for this high rise building every 5 days.
